FIRST LOOK: Shahid Kapoor in Phata Poster Nikhla HeRo

The first look poster from Shahid Kapoor-Ileana D’Cruz starrer ‘Phata Poster Nikla Hero’ is zany, wild, crazy and very fun.

Here's the first look of Shahid Kapoor's comedy action film Phata Poster Nikhla Hero, directed by Rajkumar Santoshi.

The trailer starts off showing a number of goons getting beat up by a supercop, who turns out to be none other than Vishwas Rao, played by Shahid Kapoor.

In keeping with the title of the film, the trailer shows Vishwas Rao making an entrance by diving through a large poster hoarding of Ranbir Kapoor-Katrina Kaif's Ajab Ghazab Prem Kahani.

Shahid Kapoor, who has been missing from the silver screen for a while now, looks tough in the khaki uniform.

However, the trailer reveals that Shahid Kapoor is not actually a cop, but an actor posing as a cop.

Produced by Ramesh Taurani along with Ronnie Screwvala and Siddharth Roy Kapur, the film also stars Barfi! actress, Ileana D'Cruz.

This is Ileana's second Bollywood outing, who plays Shahid's love interest in the flick.

Phata Poster Nikhla Hero is slated to hit screens on September 20.
